Day 1 – Arrival in Dar es Salaam & Transfer to Udzungwa Mountains

Upon arrival at Julius Nyerere International Airport, meet your professional birding guide and begin your journey toward the beautiful Udzungwa Mountains. Travel through Morogoro and Mikumi while enjoying scenic landscapes before arriving at your lodge near Udzungwa Mountains National Park. Depending on your arrival time, enjoy your first birdwatching opportunities around the lodge.


Day 2 – Birding the Kilombero Floodplain
