Nyerere National Park (Formerly Selous Game Reserve) has the finest unspoiled virgin bush, uninhabited and little touched by human interference. Visitors will find themselves in a pristine wilderness far away from the established tourist routes.
Nyerere National Park (Selous) boasts of a large population of Elephants as well as large numbers of Buffalo, Hippo, Crocodile and endangered Wild dogs. Commonly seen are pride of Lion, Bush bucks, Impalas, Warthogs, Ostriches, Giraffes, Elands, Baboons, Zebras, Hyenas, Kudus, rare Sable Antelopes and Leopards. There are more than 400 species of birds including: Fish eagles, Kingfishers, Secretary birds, Sunbirds, Hammer Kops, Red & Yellow bill storks, Open bill storks, Weavers, Water birds, Marabou storks, Vultures etc. In short, the variety of the wildlife to be explored is endless.
Meet & greet in Dar es Salaam at 0700 hrs and drive to Nyerere National Park (Selous) with lunch box (Apprx 5-hr drive). Late afternoon game drive. Overnight at Selous Tented Camp on FB Basis (Lunch & Dinner).
After breakfast, short morning game drive till 1000 hrs and drive back to Dar es Salaam with lunch box (Breakfast & Lunch) and be dropped off to Hotel/ Airport or Seaport END OF TRIP.

Note that payment by credit card incur an additional fee of 5% as Bank charges being charged by banks in Tanzania
Payment by Telegraphic Transfer will attract addition of Usd 50 per transfer as Bank charges
Any increase in park entry fees, taxes and concession fees will be charged even if booking has been previously confirmed and invoiced.

Payment Terms
50% to be paid upon confirmation of availability of accommodation, as required as commitment & also to pay advances to the Lodges to block the rooms
50% Balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival
We accept payments by: Online credit cards with surcharge of 5% as bank charges, Bank Telegraphic Transfer (TT) with surcharge of USD 50 as bank charges per transfer and Cash upon arrival. Please note that USD older printed before 2009 are not accepted in Tanzania.
