Day 1 – Arrival in Arusha

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where your professional birding guide will warmly welcome you. Transfer to your lodge in Arusha, relax after your international flight, and enjoy a detailed safari briefing before your month-long adventure begins.


Day 2 – Arusha National Park Birding Safari

Spend the day exploring Arusha National Park, visiting the Momella Lakes, montane forests, and open grasslands. Search for Hartlaub’s Turaco, Narina Trogon, African Fish Eagle, flamingos, kingfishers, and colorful weavers while photographing giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, and black-and-white colobus monkeys.


Day 3 – Arusha to Serengeti National Park

Day 5 – Serengeti to Lake Victoria

Day 6 – Birding Around Lake Victoria

Explore the shores of Lake Victoria, searching for papyrus specialists, kingfishers, herons, cormorants, pelicans, fish eagles, and numerous wetland birds. Relax while enjoying beautiful lakeside photography.


Day 7 – Lake Victoria to Ngorongoro Crater

Day 8 – Ngorongoro Highlands to Tarangire National Park
