Day 01: Arrival – Lake Manyara National Park (approx 3hrs)

Upon your arrival you will be met and received by your personalized driver guide at the airport. After a short briefing and introduction you drive to Arusha and onwards to Lake Manyara Area with picnic lunch, afternoon game drive at Lake Manyara and later proceed to your lodge. Overnight at Kirurumu Tented Lodge

Day 02: Lake Manyara National Park – Serengeti National Park Northern Corridor (approx 5 hrs drive)

You will enjoy your sumptuous breakfast at the lodge before departing for the famous Serengeti National Park, enjoy game drive and picnic lunch en-route.

Serengeti National Park is undoubtedly the best-known wildlife sanctuary in the world, unequalled for its natural beauty and scientific value. With great concentrations of wildebeest, Thompson gazelles, zebras and many others, Serengeti forms the greatest view of plains game in Africa. The wildebeest and zebra moreover form the star cast of a unique spectacular – the annual Serengeti Migration. The Serengeti boasts of a unique combination of diverse habitats enabling it to support species of large herbivores as well as birds. Its landscape varies from open grass plains, savannah with scattered acacia trees in the centre, wooded grassland as well as black clay plains. Small rivers and swamps are scattered throughout.

Days 03: Full day in Serengeti National Park

Today you will enjoy a full day of game driving in the Serengeti National Park. The Serengeti is Tanzania’s oldest and most popular National Park, also a world heritage site and recently proclaimed the 7th world wide wonder, the Serengeti offers arguably the most scintillating game-viewing in Africa. As the sun rises on the Serengeti Plains you will enjoy breakfast while anticipating the wondrous sites that are in store for the day. The day will be spent enjoying a game drive exploring the vast plains and woodlands of the Park. Expect to spot a large variety of wildlife. Lunch can be packed and taken with you, or you can opt to have a hot lunch prepared for you back at your lodge. Later in the afternoon, return to the lodge for a well earned sundowner before your evening meal. Meals and overnight at KATI KATI CAMP/SERENGETI SOPA LODGE (FB)

Day 04: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Conservation Area (approx 3.5 hrs drive)

After breakfast, depart for Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the crater floor for a game viewing drive with picnic lunches. This protected area is located in the Great Rift Valley and is also known as the eighth wonder of the world. Here you will explore the forest areas inhabited by monkeys and elephants, the lake area where you may see flamingos. You will also visit the open savannah where the lions hunt. The Ngorongoro Crater has one of the largest concentrations of wildlife in Africa; 30,000 animals make their home in this crater, making it an ideal place for sightings of the ‘big 5′ – lion, elephant, rhino, buffalo and leopard. Our driver/guide will be in contact with other safari drivers and will amaze you with his skill at locating the hidden animals. After all great exploration in the crater, the driver will drive you to your lodge which is located on the crater rim. Dinner and overnight at NGORONGORO SOPA LODGE (FB)

Day 05: Ngorongoro Conservation Area – Arusha – fly to Zanzibar

Enjoy breakfast at your lodge. You will bid farewell to Ngorongoro as drive to Arusha for your scheduled flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival in Zanzibar you will be met and transferred to your beach resort. Rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight at DIAMONDS MAPENZI BEACH RESORT or similar (ALL INCLUSIVE)

DAYS 06 – 10: Full days in Zanzibar

Days at your disposal for different fun activities. Lunch and any other activities under-taken are payable direct. Dinner and overnight at DIAMONDS MAPENZI BEACH RESORT or similar (ALL INCLUSIVE)

DAY 11: Departure

Breakfast at your hotel then check out. Depending on your international flight departure time, you will be transferred to Zanzibar Airport for your outbound flight.
