DAY 1: Arrival in Tanzania (Kilimanjaro / Arusha)

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your private safari guide. You will then be transferred to your lodge in Arusha, where you can relax and prepare for your safari.

Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at your lodge.

DAY 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, known for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees.

The Tarangire River attracts a wide range of wildlife, especially during the dry season. You may spot elephants, giraffes, zebras, bushbuck, and hartebeest, along with predators such as lions and leopards. The park is also rich in birdlife, making it a great destination for bird enthusiasts.

After lunch and a full game drive, head to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

DAY 3: Tarangire to Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, proceed to Lake Manyara National Park, a scenic park located at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment.

This park is famous for its tree-climbing lions and seasonal flocks of flamingos along the lake. The landscape is diverse, featuring forests, open plains, and lakeshore habitats.

During your game drive, you may see elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and a wide variety of bird species.

After lunch, continue to your lodge in Karatu for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 4: Ngorongoro Crater Safari

After an early breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater.

The crater is one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife areas, with a high concentration of animals in a relatively small area. You may spot lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, and gazelles, as well as the endangered black rhino.

Enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor followed by an afternoon game drive before heading to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

DAY 5 & 6: Ngorongoro to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, drive to Serengeti National Park, one of the most famous wildlife reserves in the world.

The Serengeti is known for its vast plains and incredible wildlife, including the Great Migration of wildebeest and zebras. Over the next two days, you will enjoy multiple game drives, giving you the opportunity to spot the Big Five and many other animals such as cheetahs, hyenas, giraffes, and antelopes.

Spend your evenings relaxing at your comfortable tented camp in the heart of the Serengeti.

DAY 7: Fly from Serengeti to Arusha

After breakfast, drive to the Seronera Airstrip for your scheduled flight back to Arusha.

This marks the end of your 7-day Drive & Fly-Out Comfort Safari.
