It was our first (and definitely not last) Safari in Africa and Rolph made it very special. I quoted several others companies and Kenya Finest was the best price by far and the service provided was superb! We requested a very particular camp inside Masai Mara and Rolph did all he could to reserve the camp for us. He picked us up from a hotel in Nairobi and the guide (Kipsang) took over. What an incredible human being! We learn so much about Africa and Kenya history as well as many animals behaviours! He knew what our interests were and made our trip even more special – we saw the big five and much more! Just to make our trip even more special, in the end Rolph met us again in Nairobi with incredible gifts – we felt so spoilt! Thanks Kenya Finest for an unforgettable trip!
We had by far one of the best travel experiences ever. I got to know about the travel agency through a colleague of mine at work and while contacting Mr. Rolf who is managing safari packages in Kenya, he gracefully organized a trip that suits our requirements and days intended. Everything was organized from the airport, hotel, food and transportation until the very last day. The driver was well knowledge and the vehicle was in excellent condition and provided with wifi; (how amazing is that) so you don’t get bored in the long hours in the game drives. We had the misfortunes of potential cancellation of the entire trip but Rolph was quick enough to advise accordingly & adapt to the change of plans. I would highly recommend to liaise with Kenya Finest Safari for any future trips in Kenya!
My pals and I were looking for an adventurous experience filled with a combination of wildlife, bird watching and breathtaking views. Rolph for most of the part responded to us in good time and assisted us in packaging the entire safari. We wanted an all inclusive package covering Transport in Land-cruiser, full board accommodations, game drive experience, Maasai village visit and hot air balloon ride. On arrival, we were personally received by Rolph together with the driver guides. All the accommodations were great and well situated within the parks that enabled us to have amazing wildlife actions. It was a memorable experience. Rolph once again thank you for your professionalism and for having arranged the trip for us.
I have been to many Safaris but this was the best one. All the booking process was smooth as we could chat over the facebook messenger. As to the Safari itself, our driver/guide, Peter, was so experienced that he read where animals go and led us there so that they come to us. They came so close that we could hear them grazing.
In Nakuru, we saw 10 white rhinos, and in the first Safari in Masai Mara, we covered all of the Big 5 (Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Buffalo, and Black Rhino). In the subsequent Safaris, we also met a group of 5 young male Cheetah eating a wildebeest, Lions mating, etc.
Ralph, the owner, called us from time to time to make sure everything is going well. I highly recommend Kenya Finest Tours & Safaris.
I recently had a wonderful time on a solo 2-day safari in Amboseli National Park with Kenya Finest Tours & Safaris. From the time I booked the safari to the end of the 2 days, Rolph, the director of the safari company, was gracious, responsive, and amenable to my needs. He was incredibly prompt in responding to my emails at all times of the day and on weekends. Needless to say, he is extremely client-oriented. As I was initially concerned about security and safety being on my own, Rolph kindly joined the driver/guide Paul on the safari. Hence, I felt very safe on the entire safari, from the pick-up and drop-off at the hotel. Paul is a knowledgeable guide and he responded to my many questions very thoroughly. Not only does he know a lot about the animals and the park, he also knows a lot of facts about Kenya in general, and his English is very good. I have been to Kenya a few times before and I learned a lot from him and Rolph. As an added bonus Rolph and Paul speak French, which I also speak, although English is my first language. We had a lot of fun on the safari and I will always have fond memories of the 2 days I spent in Amboseli. I highly recommend this safari company.
We were a group of 8 persons and our interest were Masai Mara, Aberdare, Bogoria, cultural visit to Masai village and Hot Air Balloon ride. We loved the entire experience and Rolph was totally helpful in giving insights and advice especially when he told us to spend at least 3 nights in Mara. We managed to saw litany of animals from the first evening game drive that we had to the last day as we checked out with a game en route. The Hot Air Balloon though slightly expensive, it is a must do. We were impressed with the warm welcoming heart of the Masai people and we had the chance to entire their houses “manyatta”. All the rooms were good and we had no issues. Kenya Finest Tours is a great travel agency and we vouch their service and hospitality.
From the first email, Kenya Finest Tours replied in a professional way. We were in touch with them and their customer service was great for they answered our many questions without tiring. In Amboseli, we stayed at Amboseli Serena Lodge. Our driver guide Patrick was always an early bird and ensured we got maximum experience of the game drive. The last day at Masai Mara was really interesting since we were lucky to see the big fives animals. The driver guide knew how to position himself and he used to cordinate well with other guides in spotting the animals. The owner, Rolph, ensured that he checked up on us on a daily basis while on Safari. In overall, the Safari was our most treasured experience in Africa being our first time. We will book with them in the future.
A friend of ours booked the safari for all of us and he chose the best company for it. Rolph managed to get us a great package even though we booked late and during the Eid holidays. We had a land cruiser with an excellent and professional guide Patrick who looked after us throughout the 5 days journey. He was very friendly and helpful and he managed to organize our time very well so we could do as many activities as possible. There was Wi-Fi in the car throughout our journey which we enjoyed a lot during the long travelling hours. We stayed 2 nights in Masai Mara, one night near Nakuru lake and one night in Amboseli. It was a great package which I will recommend to take. I will also recommend to do it with Kenya Finest Tours and Safaris. The service they offer is exceptional and the staff is very professional and helpful. Next time I will definitely book through them again.
We were 3 people who did a 4 day tour which Rolph put together for us. A must do in Kenya is the Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru. Patrick was our tour guide, super friendly and knowledgeable! I can only recommend him and the tour! We saw the BIG 5 and had a fantastic time! We felt very safe at all times, Patrick knew all the best stops, would stop for all of our photography needs and answer all our many questions. The food was great and the hotels Rolph chose were fantastic. Super well organized, couldn’t be happier, thank you Rolph and Patrick!
Superb Trip, it was a great tour with my family. Ralph helped me a lot, giving a good guide Mr.Ben, with good vehicle, his driving was very good , he was able to locate the big five and took us very close to the animals so that we could get a clear look & take good pictures. He took us early in the morning & evening for the game drive.
If we get chance, would like to visit again with Mr.Ralph,preferably guide Mr.Ben.
My husband and I visited Kenya last month and it was our most amazing trip!! I read some great reviews about Kenya finest safari’s online and I just took a chance and contacted them, Rolph was extremely helpful and patient with all my queries and changes. We did a 7 night trip to Serena sweetwaters, Arch lodge, lake nukuru and Masai Mara. Our driver Benedict was Excellent !! We saw not just the BIG 5 but mannnny more… all the places booked by Rolph were great we loooved Serena sweetwaters (our room was right In front of a watering whole and in the middle of the night we saw 3 Rhino’s drinking water!!) and Serena Mara game resort was beautiful. I will most definitely recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Kenya. Can’t wait to go back !
